Replicating Newgrange’s Lightbox

Here is an interesting project (The Lightbox Project) that was undertaken by students in Ireland last year at Newgrange. Engaging with the constructed quality of the heritage on site, they constructed a replica chamber to attempt to create a new light box aligned with the sun on the Winter Solstice the same way the original constructors of Newgrange had designed.
