Bones laid bare: Nick Veasey's Xray photography

Have you ever wondered what your skeleton looks like when you are sitting on a bus? Or operating a bulldozer? Or have you wondered what the Xray technicians at the airport look at all day? Well, if you have pondered these possibilities, then the photographic work of artist Nick Veasey is definitely for you. Working with large-scale Xray machines, Veasey has created both intimate and overwhelming visuals - offering a different view of the world within.

My personal favourite is the NYC bus Xray. They put it on the side of a few buses in the city, blown up to full-life size, but they had to take it down because commuters were missing their buses due to prolonged gawking...
