Leveraging innovative, artistic, and culturally driven strategies, I revitalize businesses and foster new ventures. At K11 Concepts, I developed entrepreneurial, cultural retail business models to attract new leases from global luxury brands. At Tapestry, I drove 50% sales growth for the Coach brand in the Chinese market through culturally sensitive brand activations, and at Brown University, I re-envisioned the Creative Entrepreneurship program to build industry-leading business prototypes. I also drove communications strategy for One Run for Boston, raising over $500K for victims of the Boston Marathon bombing. I led visioning meetings with civic and business leaders in New York City for the pedestrianization of Broadway in NoMad, and I delivered operations solutions for the premiere of KAGAMI – a pioneering mixed-reality event in collaboration with composer Ryuichi Sakamoto for The Shed in New York.
