At K11 Concepts, I developed pioneering, cultural retail business models to engage global luxury brands across Greater China. At Tapestry, I translated the Coach brand into culturally sensitive activations leveraging the values and customs of Chinese consumers. At Sign Salad Cultural Insights Agency, I conducted local market analysis for global fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. At Brown University, I established a global research partnership with leading universities in Hong Kong, Ireland, South Africa, Turkey and the UK. I also delivered culture design initiatives for talent retention for the Pittsburgh Region Economic Development Alliance.
